Onetara’s role, rights, obligations and liabilities shall vary depending upon whether the specific project is an onetara-developed project or a third-party project, as may be disclosed separately for each project. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture or legal relationship between onetara and any user or purchaser, save and except where onetara is expressly appointed as a marketing or sales facilitation partner for a specific project.
• Pricing & Availability
Prices mentioned (if any) are indicative and subject to revision without prior notice. Availability of units is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company. All applicable taxes, duties, registration charges, stamp duty, maintenance charges, and statutory levies shall be borne by the purchaser unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• Construction, Delivery and Statutory Approvals
In respect of projects developed by onetara, construction, delivery, timelines, approvals and statutory compliances shall be governed strictly by the specific agreements executed between onetara and the purchaser and applicable laws. In respect of third-party projects, onetara shall not be responsible or liable for construction quality, delays, possession timelines, statutory approvals, completion certificates, occupancy certificates or compliance with applicable laws including RERA. All obligations relating to development, construction, delivery and regulatory compliance for third-party projects rest solely with the respective developer, owner or seller.
